Exchange Policy
At RTROVE, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we do provide a one-time exchange option under certain conditions to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
1. Exchange Time Frame
You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your product. After this period, we will be unable to process any exchange requests.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All tags, labels, and seals must remain intact
- The product should be in resalable condition
We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before approving any exchange.
3. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us at rtroveonline@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Images of the product if needed for verification
Once your exchange is approved, we will send you the shipping details and instructions.
4. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost of the original item.
- We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product back to you.
5. What Can Be Exchanged?
You may exchange the product with the same item (if defective) or for another available item of equal value. If the new product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid before shipping.
6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Products returned after 2 days of delivery
- Opened, used, or damaged items
- Items not in original packaging
- Items bought on sale or with discount codes
- Personal care items or hygienic goods
